How far should I book in advance?
We recommend booking at least 5 to 7 days in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts.

What is your refund policy?
After receipt of payment, whether for future jobs or deposits, there is a 48hr window for a full refund. After 48hrs, there will be no refund for completed tasks. Incomplete tasks may be rescheduled and monitored to fit all parties' schedule.

Can I purchase gift cards?

What is the turnaround time for projects?
Turnaround times vary from project to project but, in most cases, you can expect anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks. Your provider will be able to articulate the specific time frame after booking.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes. All bookings are only scheduled if a deposit is made at least 3 days ahead of service, which requires 60% deposit and 40% the day of the service.
How long do you store extra files or extra footage?
We deal with a lot of clients, so we can only hold on to extra files for up to 14 days after the final project is delivered. After these 14 days all extraneous files are deleted.
